Governor Rotimi Akeredolu has taken to his Facebook page to dispel the rumour making the rounds that he has been disqualified by the National Working Committee of the party .
This is contrary to media report that Governor Akeredolu has been disqualified from participating in the party's primary election slated for July 20.
On his Facebook page, Mr. Akeredolu said he didn't travel to Abuja to meet the party's appeal committee.
According to him, I am currently meeting with Labour union representatives concerning their demands.
He expressed optimism that the state will reach compromise with the workers' representatives.
He said, " trust we shall all reach a compromise that is beneficial to all parties.
"I'd also like to wish my fellow aspirant that is to meet the @OfficialAPCNg appeals committee in Abuja today all the best".
