Vice President, Prof. Yemi Osinbajo has arrived Akure, the Ondo state Capital for a two day official visit.
The President aircraft conveying the nation's number two citizen touched the Akure airport at about 2;30pm.
Prof. Osinbajo is in the Ondo State to launch the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, MSMEs clinic to galvanise economic development.
He would also during the two day visit interact with MSMEs and their products,
pay courtesy call on the Deji of Akure, Oba Aladetoyinbo Aladelusi, inspect the home grown school feeding programme at Alagbaka Primary School, and the FG light up project at Isinkan Neighbourhood Market.
Governor Oluwarotimi Akeredolu, members of the state executive council, lawmakers and service chiefs in the state were at the airport to receive the Vice President.
Prof Osinbajo has headed for the palace of the Deji of Akure, Oba Aladetoyinbo Aladelusi for a courtesy visit.
Security personnel have mounted guard in strategic locations within and outside the state capital to beef up security.
