As the members of the joint health sector unions JOHESU in Ondo state, joined their national body for the ongoing strike, chairman of Nigeria Medical Association, NMA, in the state, Dr Gbelela Dolani says doctors will be at their duty post to cater for patients at all government owned hospitals.
Dr Gbelela said some measures have been put in place to cushion the effect created by the striking JOHESU personnel to ensure hitch free medical service delivery.
He also called on striking health workers to consider importance of their services to humanity and return to work inasmuch that the industrial action is basically for JOHESU at the federal level.
The NMA boss reminded members of JOHESU that dialogue remains the solution to any dispute in all civilised societies.
