The couple who had been married for 20yrs with four children told the court wants to end the union due to no more love, threat to life, she is fetish and other irreconcilable differences.
Egbuhulem told the court that, his wife is fetish she visits different native doctor for reasons best known to her.
" I don't want her in my life again she because I don't want her to kill me, she is too fetish to the extend of visiting different herbalists for reasons I don't know she is just troublesome, fights with everyone" he said.
According to stella, she stated that all allegations levelled against her were all false, that she is not ready to divorce her husband because of the children.
"He is still my lover, because we were happily married for 20yrs not until when he asked me to leave his house because I don't have a male child after 4 children.
"He kept my children away from me and told their school authorities not to let me see them, Albert told my own children that I want to poison them , they became scared of me to the extend that when they see me they lock the kitchen door, he threatened to disown any of them that comes near me what have I done to deserve this treatment.
"Now my first daughter's wedding is near I have not seen her they did the traditional wedding without me when am not dead," she lamented.
It was reported that the last time they were in court, the Court President P. A. Williams advised the couple to call the attention of their families to look into the matter, but Egbuhulem told the court he don't want his wife in his house which the president told him to get an apartment for her to make peace.
"She is still your wife if you say you don't want her in the house for the sake of peace get an apartment for her till everything will be settled," he stated.
The couple were given some weeks to settle out of court with family intervention till the adjourned date of May 28, for hearing.
