A business woman, Radiat Abudlraheem has dragged her husband to an Agege Customary Court to end their union of 10 years.
She told the court that she is not just interested in the marriage and does not love him anymore.
Adding that, they have a 5yr old child but have never for one lived in his house since 10yrs they've been married.
"Since he married me I and our child have never for one day live in his house we have been stay in my parents house, I don't love him anymore he should go his way and leave my life alone, " she narrated.
Accord to the defendant, Mr Nursil he claimed that the allegations levelled against him were all false, adding that hi wife demand for his entire salary which he refused.
"Am a security guard which my wife knows how much I earn and demanded that I give her everything whenever I collect salary, so that she can be giving me whenever I need money.
"I still love her and am not ready to leave her for another man," he said.
The court president P.A Williams advised the couple to go back home call families from the both sides for settlement out of court till the adjourned date of May 19, for hearing.
