The Leader of the party and Senator representing Niger North in the senate Senator Ibrahim Musa disclosed this yesterday to newsmen at the party's secretariat in Minna after the harmonization and resolution meeting of the party.
In view of the development the senator said the registration of members earlier characterized with dissenting voices has been resolved and the registrations start in full force today across the state as level plain ground was provided for all warring factions.
"The main thing now is that we would ensure unity without unity we cannot achieve anything, with unity there will be no problem"; Senator Musa said, while adding that all the factions have decided to forge ahead and create a common front to the growth of the party in the state.
Meanwhile he stated that in creating unity the three chairmen of the legacy party, Umar Shuaibu CPC, Solomon Nyanse ACN and Dauda Afiniki ANPP would now serve as the executive committee for the party in the state for the mean time.
Asked whether the party crisis was ignited by some extraneous forces bend on creating division within the party in the state; he said, "we have crisis in our party and we are able to solve it, we don't think there is anybody that can come and cause crisis within the party, if we are united nobody can come here and break us".
Meanwhile in an interview the CPC legacy party chairman who is now member of the committee Umar Shuaibu said that the resolution of the party crisis in the state have put those who are happy that there is crisis within the party in the state to shame, saying that it was a good development.
He said that anybody that wants to capitalize on the crisis should now have a rethink, "no we are one family and we are going to forge ahead together".
Also speaking one of the executive members of old ACN Salman Yusuf said the resolution of the crisis was a good development for the party in the state; saying that, there is never be a major division within APC in the state.
