The Ondo State Commandant of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps, Commandant Eweka Edenabu Dauglas has decorated about 267 Senior Officers promoted to new ranks based on eligibility, availability of vacancies and their outstanding performance in the 2020 Promotion Examination.
While delivering the opening address, the Command Helmsman said Promotion in the Nigera Security and Civil Defence Corps is based on Merit as directed by the Commandant General, Abubakar Ahmed Audi PhD,mni. who in his magnanimity ensured that those who were long over due for Promotions got it without any ado.
One of the newly promoted Senior Officers; Deputy Commandant Adewole Adesoji who spoke on behalf of all beneficiaries thanked the Commandant General, Dr. A A Audi mni for determination to regig and reposition the Corps to the right and enviable direction.
Adesoji said: " Promotion is a call to responsibility and commitment because to who much is given much more is expected; hence on behalf of my colleagues we will not disappoint the Corps in the discharge of our Statutory responsibilities".
The Decorations Ceremony witnessed the presence of Service Commanders across the State and other dignitaries.
