Prominent PDP member dies in Ondo

A member of the State Executive Committee of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Ondo State, Chief Kayode Akintomide has died 


Chief Akintomide, popularly known as Agbarapo was a party man to the chore.


He contributed in no small measure to building of our party in Ile-Oluji/Okeigbo Local Government in particular and Ondo State in general.


According to a statement issued by the Publicity Secretary, PDP, Ondo State, Kennedy Ikantu Peretei, the deceased was a committed party as a committed party man

In recognition of his sterling qualities, he was elected as Vice-Chairman of Ile-Oluji/Okeigbo. A very straight forward man, who made his position clear on any issue, be it party or Community affairs.


He served as member of the State Caretaker Committee that midwifed the State Congress of August 4, 2020 that elected the present State Executive Committee of the PDP. As at the time of his demise, he was an Ex-Officio member of the State Executive Committee.


The Party commiserated with members of his immediate family, PDP in Ile-Oluji/Okeigbo and the entire PDP family in the State.
