
The Ondo state government has announced tax relief for tax payers and businesses in the state.
In a statement signed by the Chairman of the state Internal Revenue Service, ODIRS, Mr Tolu Adegbie, and made available to newsmen, the move is to cushion the effect of the ravaging COVID-19 pandemic on them.
The statement reads:
This is to remind the general tax paying public, that the Akeredolu led administration in the wake of Covid-19 pandemic, introduced some incentives and palliatives to cushion the impact of the pandemic.
The general public is therefore enjoined to take full advantage of these incentives, especially items 4, 5 and 6 of the earlier released statement.
