“Popular Akure Business mogul ‘Madam Do Good’ didn’t die of COVID-19”

The family of late popular business woman in Akure, the Ondo state capital, Mrs Ruth Olowookere aka (Madam Do Good) has dismissed a rumour that she died of coronavirus pandemic today.

In a Statement made available to SUNSHINETRUTH on Sunday, the family described her death as painful.

This is to inform the good people of Ondo State and Nigerian in general that we have lost a rare gem, the Iyaloja-General of Ondo state, Chief Mrs Ruth Olowookere aka (Madam Do Good).

Madam Do Good, died today 26th July, 2020 (Sunday) at the aged of 70yrs old during a brief illness.


 
However, her death is not in anyway connected with the COVID-19 pandemic.

In a statement made available on Sunday by Mr. Kunle Ajibogun, on behalf of the family said, "Our family is deeply saddened to inform you of the call to eternal home of our beloved mother, sister, and grandmother, Chief Mrs. Ruth Olowookere.

May her gentle soul rest in perfect peace. (Amen).
