Dr Olawoye who said the college is the 1st School of Health Technology in Nigeria to conduct computer based test for new entrants, said CBT is cost effective and does not give room for fraud as applicants get their results before leaving the computer lab.
He added that the school is about starting Ordinarily National Diploma (OND) in Nutrition and Dietetics as applicants are coming in through JAMB.
The Provost however sounded a note of warning to applicants that the school will not condone any form of immorality and will continually weed bad students out of the school so that the vision of the government for the institution could be accomplished.
It was observed that some applicants who came for the exam were not ICT compliant and the Consultant and his team had to assist them to be able to do the exam.
In his response to this, the Consultant, Mr Gideon Omoregha said though the exam was peaceful and hitch free, some candidates failed to practice and acquire ICT skill which gave them an additional task.
He advised secondary school leavers to endeavour to be ICT compliant as they can not do without it.
