President Muhammadu Buhari on Monday announced his intention to seek re-election in the 2019 presidential election.
This was disclosed by the President's personal assistant on New Media, Bashir Ahmed.
Ahmed made the disclosure via his Twitter handle .
The tweet reads, "President Muhammadu Buhari has just officially announced his intention to seek re-election in 2019″.
