Ondo state first lady, Her Excellency, Arabinrin Betty Anyanwu-Akeredolu has appealed to parents in the state to ensure that their children get quality education.
She made the comment as the students and teachers resume for another academic session in Ondo State, this is contained in a statement signed by her Press Secretary, Tobilola Fademi.
She also called for patriotic service from teachers to enable the students develop their careers and dreams, describing children as leaders of tomorrow who deserve the best service from the people in the society.
Mrs Akeredolu stressed that early discovery of talents will go a long way to develop their love for academics, among other things.
The first lady advised the students to be disciplined, attentive in class, concentrate on their studies and discard negative activities that could shatter their dreams.
While urging both the students and Teachers to maintain a clean environment, She urged them to remain good ambassadors of their homes in particular and Ondo state in general.
