The Speaker of the Ondo State House of Assembly, Rt.Hon. Bamidele Oloyelogun has promised that the House will co-operate with the executive arm of government to advance the fortunes of the state.
The speaker made this known through a statement issued by his Special Adviser on Media, Mr. Ojoawo Abidemi Joshua.
Oloyelogun affirmed that the lawmakers in the state Assembly are ready to support any move by the executive arm in moving the state to greater heights.
In the same vein, the speaker has urged the Muslim faithfuls in the state to be devoted to their religion as this year's Ramadan fasting progresses.
He advised them to use the season to commune with God over the affairs of the state and the country in general.
He stressed that prayers are needed more than ever at this time when the country is still battling to get out of recession.
