The Ondo State Governor, Rotimi, Akeredolu has said that he will soon appoint a chairman and board members for ODSFA. The Governor said this on Friday in Akure while addressing members of the Ondo State Football Supporters Club who took their protest to the governor's office over poor performance of Sunshine Stars in Nigeria Premier League.
Akeredolu, who was represented by his Chief of Staff, Mr Olugbenga Ale, thanked the supporters for their continued support for the team. He said the government was waiting for the report of the committee to reposition the agency headed by Gbenga Elegbeye.
Akeredolu noted that the committee were not appointed on permanent basis for the team, but to look into the previous activities and recommend the way forward.
