Real Madrid defeated Manchester City 1-0, to qualify for the final of this year's Champions League, where they will take on city rivals, Atletico Madrid.
Zinedine Zidane had Cristiano Ronaldo fit again for the semi-final second leg clash at the Santiago Bernabeu, but it was Gareth Bale's effort which was deflected off Fernando for the only goal of the game.
Real will be hoping to claim the club's 11th European crown at San Siro on May 28.
It will also be a repeat of the 2014 final at the Estádio da Luz in Lisbon, Portugal, which Real won 4-1 in extra time.
Atletico qualified on away goals, after losing 2-1 to Bayern Munich at the Allianz Arena on Tuesday.

It was expected for Real Madrid to win yesterday's game. Bale's goal came as a nice surprise. It is good to see Real Madrid scoring a victory in this match, and I am sure Zidane will have to review the team's offensive and defensive strategy for the next match against Atletico Madrid.
