The incident, according to eyewitnesses, happened at Oduduru Road, Sapele, where the boy, a secondary school student allegedly lured the girl and her sister to his family compound when there was no one at home and raped her violently.
After raping her, the boy strangled her to death and was on the verge of killing the younger girl to wipe out any witness but she managed to escape and raised an alarm.
It was gathered that the evil son of a pastor has been arrested by the state police command.
