Sportswear giants Adidas, had noted that the new kit "departs from the traditional racing green to an exciting and striking lighter variant, reflecting a fresh, young and vibrant Super Eagles team that carries the hopes of a proud Nigerian nation".
The most noticeable design on the new kit, is the addition of a bridge-like band across the shoulders, while the jersey itself is now brighter and more colourful.
The unveiling was conducted in the front area of the Sunday Dankaro Football House, Package B of the National Stadium Complex in Abuja.
