Tears flowed freely at the commendation service organised by the Federal University of Technology, Akure, FUTA to bid the departed soul of Dr Amos Arijesuyo.
Dr. Arijesuyo was killed by herdsmen on January 6th, 2021 along Ilesa express road.
In his sermon, a clergyman, Pastor Wale Olukunle said death is a necessary end for every human.
He noted that the demise of Pastor Arijesuyo was a martial death looking at the circumstance of insecurity that pervaded the nation and also a great translation to eternal glory with the Lord.
He charged the federal government to stem the tide of insecurity across the nation so as for people to live in peace.
Earlier, FUTA Vice Chancellor, Professor Joseph Fuwape who highlighted the sterling qualities of Dr Arijesuyo charged the gathering to be guided by Boys Scout motto, which is : Be Prepared.
