Hon. Wale Williams and 2 other members of the Ondo House of Assembly that were suspended illegally few months ago have been vindicated.
The Ondo State High Court has reversed the illegal and unlawful suspension of the 3 Honourable members this morning.
The judgments reads in favour of the suspended members as illegal, unconstitutional, and void.
Also, the sum of #5million Naira was awarded to each of the affected members as the cost of damages by the Court. The court also ordered the Assembly to pay all their entitlements with immediate effect.
