National chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Adams Oshiomhole says Governor Rotimi Akerodolu of Ondo State has done well in the state to deserve a second term in office.
He noted that party does not entertain any fear about presenting him as the party's candidate in the 2020 governorship election in Ondo.
Speaking on Monday to newsmen after several hours of meeting with the APC Progressive Governors Forum (PGF) at the party's National Secretariat in Abuja , Oshiomhole noted that the governor's performance in three years is beyond what most of his predecessors achieved during this period of the administrations.
"I am sure that by the special grace of God, the Ondo Governor is here, he did well and electorate are more sophisticated now so we have no fear about that.
The governors that met with Oshiomhole included Chairman of Progressives Governors Forum (PGF) and the Governor of Kebbi State, Atiku Bagudu Bagudu, Babajide Sanwo-Olu (Lagos), Simon Lalong (Plateau), Muhammad lnuwa (Gombe), AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq (Kwara), Muhammadu Abubakar (Jigawa) and Akeredolu.
