Rotimi Akeredolu, governor of Ondo state has earmarked over N150.2 million for refreshment and food in the state government house and governor's office.
The amount when divided by 365 days revealed that the governor is expected to be spending approximately N412,000 daily.
The figure seen by SUNSHINE HERALD is contained in the 2018 budget details signed by Mr. Akeredolu on Tuesday, February 6.
The total budget passed by the house and signed into law is N181.42 billion.
The breakdown, which was published under Ondo State of Nigeria, estimates 2018, Overhead Cost Details has N13 million budgeted for telephone charges at the Alagbaka seat of power.
The breakdown also showed that refreshment and meals at the state deputy governor's office and home is N10 million.
