While an earlier road clash claimed killed 6 persons along the popular Lagos-Benin-Ore Expressway, 4 persons lost their lives in Akungba Akoko when a truck rammed into a market after a brake failure.

A black Mercedes Benz jeep with registration number EPE 144 EW going to Lagos and a blue Toyota Carina car with registration number KTP 580 RG heading to Igbotako were all that was needed to cause a tragedy along the Lagos-Ore expressway.
