The Lawmaker representing Ondo central senatorial District Senator Tayo Alasoadura has described His Royal Majesty, Oba Aladetoyinbo Aladelusi (Odundun II)as an upright ruler with exceptional quality.
He added that the monarch has brought peace and harmony with unprecedented development and achievements to Akure Kingdom.
He said: " When the just is on the throne, the evidence of good leadership and achievements is seen by the people."
He prayed for peace and progress and many more years of successful reign of monarch.
Alasoadura said the celebration was for sober reflection on the 2nd years of the monarch's reign, adding that the relevance of traditional institution has been portrayed to the society in a core value of culture, development and security.
He commended the state governor, Arakunrin Rotimi Akeredolu for holding the traditional institution in high esteem in spite of challenges in governance.
He congratulated the monarch, while reassuring him of total support in order to move Akure forward.
Alasoadura wished the monarch many more years of prosperous reign, noting that the "monarch is hale and hearty, healthy, vibrant and full of life."
He emphasised the importance of traditional institution, stressing that governance is about the people just as traditional institution brings them together.
He assured of partnering with the traditional institution, which is the symbol and culture of the land.
