The Governor of Ondo State, Mr. Oluwarotimi Akeredolu, SAN on Monday approved the appointment of Hon. Ifedayo Abegunde as the secretary of the State Government, SSG, and Chief Olugbenga Ale as the Chief of Staff to the Governor.
According to a statement from his Chief Press Secretary, Mr.Sunday Ajiboye which was seen by SUNSHINE HERALD, other appointments approved by Governor Akeredolu include:
Senior Special Assistant, SSA, Administration and Policy Planning – Mr. Jones Ogunmusire
Senior Special Assistant, SSA, Legislative Matters – Rt. Hon. Taafeek Olawale
Senior Special Assistant, SSA, Research and Documentation – Mr Kunle Adebayo
Senior Special Assistant, SSA, Infrastructure – Engr. Raheem Aminu
Senior Special Assistant, SSA, Dr. Doyin Adebowale
Chief of Protocol, COP – Tosin Ogunbodede
Deputy Chief of Protocol, Bola Alabi.
All the appointments take immediate effect.
SUNSHINE HERALD had last week published a report where it confirmed Mr. Abegunde's name as the next SSG.
According to the newspaper, Abegunde's name has been 'signed, stamped and sealed' by the Governor who described him as a 'loyal and dedicated' person.
