President Buhari speaks at last from London

After a long wait and much expectation from citizens, President Muhammadu Buhari has spoken from London.
President Buhari reportedly spoke on phone to the Sports Minister, Solomon Dalung, who lost his first wife on Sunday, January 29, 2017.

Buhari reportedly called Dalung to commiserate with the Minister on the death of his wife, Mrs Briskila Dalung.

The president's phone conversation with Dalung was confirmed in a statement issued on Tuesday, January 31, 2017 in Abuja by Nneka Anibeze, the Special Assistant, Media to the minister.

President Buhari has been in an undisclosed location in London, where he is currently observing a 10-day vacation.


He is expected back in the country on February 6, 2017.
