President Muhammadu Buhari has appointed a U.S-based journalist, Mr Laolu Akande, as Vice-President Yemi Osinbajo's spokesperson.
Mr. Akande, who was The Guardian's North American Bureau Chief, was named Senior Special Assistant to lead the media and communication unit in Prof. Osinbajo's office, the News Agency of Nigeria reported.
