The Bayelsa State Government has concluded plans to hold a civic reception for outgoing President Goodluck Jonathan in the state on Friday, hours after Jonathan would have handed over power to the President-Elect, Muhammadu Buhari.
State Commissioner for Information, Dan Kikile, said this on Wednesday in Yenagoa.
