Mario Balotelli lit a firecracker which engulfed his rented Chester apartment where he paid N2m (£7,500) a month and it cost him N105.7m (£400,000)
‎Pictures of a burnt house belonging to Italy international, Mario Balotelli surfaced on the internet on Friday, October 31
The incident occurred on October 23, 2011, the night before Balotelli scored twice against Manchester United in City's 2-1 win which he celebrated with the 'Why Always Me' T-shirt.

Mario Balotelli started up fireworks that caused serious damage to the rented apartment he paid £7,500-a-month for while he was still a Manchester City player.

Cost of damages to repair the house was put at £400,000 while the house valued at £3million. The pictures appeared on Daily Mail

The fire was so intense that it burnt the bath tub in the bathroom‎
