“I don’t know if I will continue as Nigeria coach” – Keshi admits after loss to France

Coach of the Super Eagles Stephen Keshi, has admitted that he is not sure if he will continue in his position, after watching his side lose 2-0 to France in the round of 16.

The African champions gave a good account of themselves in the match and bossed Les Bleus for large portions. However, Vincent Enyeama's weak punch was headed in by Paul Pogba, to give France the lead, before Valbuena's cross was deflected by his keeper by Joseph Yobo.

After the game, BBC correspondent Shina Okeleji quizzed Keshi, who has been linked with the South Africa job, if he will be staying on as coach.

He simply replied: "I don't know".

Nigeria will start playing qualifying games for the 2015 Africa Cup of Nations in September.
